MyGenie is free, but there are a limited number of sign ups available. You can always be added to the waitlist.

We use industry leading security measures at every step of the way.

All of your data is encrypted with the latest security protocols, which includes transfer of data and data storage.

Our Genies are extensively screened with background checks and system requirements.

All sessions, whether audio and/or video, are recorded, which protects you and us.

MyGenie helps you with daily digital needs. We can help you with email, internet browsing, online shopping, using social media, navigating streaming apps, remembering your passwords, and a lot more.

We’ll help you with day to day digital needs, as listed above, but for example if you needed someone to rid you computer of a virus or anything that is much more technically advanced, we may not be able to help you with that.

We also can’t give you medical advice or any other type of advice where we can be held liable for any consequences. 

We may be able to give you lifestyle suggestions, but nothing to the point where it could impact your wellbeing.

Once you are registered, there are several ways to contact us for help, depending on the device you are using.

For example:

  • Mobile Phones
    • You can download the MyGenie app and contact us via a phone call or a chat system.
  • Desktop/Laptop Computer
    • You can go to the MyGenie website, sign in, and then use the Call Us or Text Us buttons in the My Account page.
