STEP
Start a chat with a Genie
Our Genie's will install the Instant Help button on your computer.
CLICK HERE to start a help session with a Genie.
A live chat should automatically start.
STEP
Ask your Genie to install the Instant Help button
Your Genie will put the Instant Help button onto your computer and show you how to use it.
STEP
Click the MyGenie icon to start a session
When you want to contact a Genie for help, double click on the MyGenie icon, fill in your email, and then click connect.
