Payment & Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions

  • By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and reoccurring monthly subscription fee until upon cancellation.
  • MyGenie will send email notifications before any monthly rate increases take effect.
  • Monthly fees may change at any time, and if such a change occurs before the renewal date, you will automatically be charged the new monthly rate. 
  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
  • With monthly subscriptions, there are no refunds.
  • Rejected automated debits will result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription.

Annual subscriptions

  • By purchasing a yearly subscription, you agree to an initial and reoccurring yearly subscription fee until upon cancellation.
  • MyGenie will send email notifications before any annual rate increases take effect.
  • Annual fees may change at any time, and if such a change occurs before the renewal date, you will automatically be charged the new annual rate. 
  • You may cancel your annual subscription at any time.
  • Refund policy:
    •  Within the first 90 days of subscription = full reimbursement of remaining months.
    • After 90 days = no monies will be refunded.
  • Subscriptions are not transferable.
  • Rejected automated debits will result in the immediate cancellation of your subscription.
